1. History 
   1986: Dr. Pei-Ching Hsiao was appointed as the Director of the Hematology Department.  
   January 2010: Lymphoma cross-specialty team was established   
   August 2012: Certified as Hematology specialty training hospital  

2. About Our Team 
   Hematology Department currently has two assistant professors, one medical doctor specializing in Hematology, one medical doctor specializing in hemaoncology. The team is responsible for the diagnosis and treatment of various blood diseases such as anemia, white blood cells, thrombocytopenia, hemorrhage, blood clots, hematological malignancies, multiple myeloma, acute leukemia, lymphoma. 

3. Future Goals 
   • Continue to conduct clinical research on blood diseases such as multiple myeloma and lymphoma, and improve the professional level of blood disease treatment.  
   • Establish the framework for autologous bone marrow transplantation. 
   • Collaborate with hospice care and provide long-term care plan for patients with blood malignancy.
