Message from the Superintendent

　

　Since its founding, Chung Shan Medical University Hospital has stayed true to our founder Dr. Ju-Chuan Chow’s core belief: “Treat the Person, Treat the Disease, Treat the Soul.” Centered on patient care, we are committed to delivering safe, high-quality, and compassionate healthcare while fulfilling our vital mission in medical education, clinical research, and social responsibility. Through the dedication of our leadership and staff, CSMUH has grown into a trusted medical center, steadfastly advancing toward our vision of becoming a benchmark medical center for a Healthy Taiwan.

　To meet the challenges of an aging society, evolving healthcare needs, and the era of artificial intelligence, we are focusing on four strategic pillars: Precision Medicine, Smart Innovation, Holistic Care, and Sustainable Development. By leveraging AI, medical big data, clinical decision support systems, and integrated cross-campus platforms, we aim to enhance quality and safety, building an efficient yet empathetic smart hospital. Simultaneously, through genomics, precision diagnostics, and multidisciplinary care, we deliver comprehensive, personalized treatment to every patient.

　As a university-affiliated hospital, we excel in clinical care while upholding our responsibility to cultivate talent, advance research, and safeguard public health. We foster a safe, supportive, and fulfilling workplace that values professional growth and well-being, building a collaborative culture rooted in mutual trust.
