內容為原著研究, 探討NaIO3引起大鼠視網膜損傷,經由氧化及自噬作用下,再投與Quercetin後看其氧化壓力與自噬作用下的變化,我們的研究發現indicated that the effects of quercetin on regulating the generation of mtROS were dependent on increased levels of deacetyl-SOD2 through the
Nrf2-PGC-1α-Sirt1 signaling pathway. These results demonstrated that quercetin may have potential therapeutic efficacy for the treatment of AMD through the regulation of mtROS homeostasis.
