Department of Occupational Medicine of Chung Shan Medical university Hospital was authorised to set up the center for prevention and treatment of occupational injury and disease by Occupational Safety and Health Administration since 2008.
Our center, one of ten centers in Taiwan, is mainly based on medical team of occupational specialists in coordinaton with occupational resource of central Taiwan, network hospitals and associated medical doctors in hospital. Through the assistance of case managers, our center offers occupational service of high quality for injuried labors in Central Taiwan. We coorerpate with experters of industrial hygiene to provide workplace health promotion, improvement project and occupational health service to achieve the goal of prevention for occupational injury and disease and then establishment of prevention network of occupational injury and disease in Central Taiwan.

- Service for consultation, disease diagnosis and recognition for occupational injury and disease
- Service for disability and return-to work evaluation
- Case management for occupational injury and disease and follow up
- Service for applying labor insurance compensation
- Service for adjudication of occupational disease
- Service for medical and occupational rehabilitation referral
- Service for social welfare, psychological and legal advice referral
- Service for Family Assistance Program (FAP) and work ability training center referral
- Service for recheck and consultation for labor special health examination
- Service for general and advanced Occupational Health Service(OHS)
