\u4e3b\u4efb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u3000\u3000\u6d41\u884c\u6027\u611f\u5192\u70ba\u5b63\u7bc0\u6027\u4e4b\u6d41\u884c\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u96d6\u7136\u81fa\u7063\u4e00\u5e74\u56db\u5b63\u7686\u6709\u75c5\u4f8b\u767c\u751f\uff0c\u4f46\u4ecd\u4ee5\u79cb\u3001\u51ac\u5b63\u6700\u5bb9\u6613\u5f15\u767c\u6d41\u884c\uff01\u5e38\u898b\u7684\u81e8\u5e8a\u75c7\u72c0\u70ba\u767c\u71d2\u3001\u982d\u75db\u3001\u808c\u8089\u75db\u3001\u75b2\u5026\u3001\u6d41\u9f3b\u6d95\u3001\u5589\u56a8\u75db\u53ca\u54b3\u55fd\u7b49\uff0c\u90e8\u5206\u60a3\u8005\u4f34\u6709\u8179\u7009\u3001\u5614\u5410\u7b49\u75c7\u72c0\u3002\u591a\u6578\u60a3\u8005\u53ef\u65bc\u767c\u75c5\u5f8c\u81ea\u884c\u75ca\u7652\uff0c\u5c11\u6578\u60a3\u8005\u5247\u53ef\u80fd\u51fa\u73fe\u56b4\u91cd\u4f75\u767c\u75c7\uff0c\u50cf\u662f\u75c5\u6bd2\u6027\u80ba\u708e\u53ca\u7d30\u83cc\u6027\u80ba\u708e\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u662f\u8166\u708e\u3001\u5fc3\u5305\u819c\u708e\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u56b4\u91cd\u4e4b\u7e7c\u767c\u6027\u611f\u67d3\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u600e\u9ebc\u5403\u53ef\u4ee5\u597d\u5f97\u5feb\uff1f<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u3000\u3000\u5728\u6d41\u611f\u671f\u9593\uff0c\u8981\u61c2\u5f97\u9078\u64c7\u9069\u5408\u7684\u98df\u7269\u4ee5\u78ba\u4fdd\u8eab\u9ad4\u7372\u5f97\u8db3\u5920\u7684\u71df\u990a\u8207\u80fd\u91cf\u4f86\u4fee\u5fa9\u8eab\u9ad4\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e0b\u662f\u53ef\u4ee5\u52a0\u901f\u8eab\u9ad4\u6062\u5fa9\u7684\u71df\u990a\u7d20\u8207\u98df\u7269\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>\u5bcc\u542b\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u7684\u98df\u7269<\/strong>\uff1a\u8c46\u3001\u9b5a\u3001\u86cb\u3001\u8089\u3002\u5bcc\u542b\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u7684\u98df\u7269\u9664\u80fd\u63d0\u4f9b\u98fd\u8db3\u611f\uff0c\u9084\u53ef\u4fee\u5fa9\u8eab\u9ad4\u7d44\u7e54\u4e26\u63d0\u5347\u514d\u75ab\u529f\u80fd\u3002<strong><\/strong><\/li><li><strong>\u6297\u767c\u708e\u98df\u7269<\/strong>\uff1a\u9bad\u9b5a\u3001\u9bd6\u9b5a\u3001\u9b5a\u6cb9\u3001\u751f\u8591\u8591\u9ec3\u3001\u5927\u849c\u3002Omega-3\n\u8102\u80aa\u9178\u7684\u9bad\u9b5a\u8207\u9bd6\u9b5a\u53ef\u4ee5\u63d0\u5347\u541e\u566c\u7d30\u80de\u8207\u767d\u8840\u7403\u7684\u6d3b\u52d5\u529b\uff0c\u53ef\u964d\u4f4e\u8eab\u9ad4\u7684\u767c\u708e\u53cd\u61c9\u3002\u751f\u8591\u8207\u8591\u9ec3\u4e2d\u7684\u8591\u9ec3\u7d20\uff08Curcumin\uff09\u5177\u6297\u767c\u708e\u7684\u7279\u6027\uff0c\u53ef\u52a0\u5165\u8336\u3001\u71b1\u6ab8\u6aac\u6c34\uff0c\u6216\u9ad8\u6e6f\u4f86\u98f2\u7528\u3002\u5927\u849c\u4e2d\u5927\u849c\u7d20\uff08Allicin\uff09\u4e5f\u5177\u6709\u6297\u767c\u708e\u8207\u6bba\u83cc\u7684\u529f\u6548\uff0c\u4e14\u751f\u5927\u849c\u6bd4\u8d77\u716e\u719f\u7684\u5927\u849c\u6709\u66f4\u9ad8\u7684\u71df\u990a\u50f9\u503c\u3002<strong><\/strong><\/li><li><strong>\u7dad\u751f\u7d20C<\/strong><strong>\uff1a<\/strong>\u83e0\u83dc\u3001\u9ad8\u9e97\u83dc\u3001\u82b1\u6930\u83dc\u3001\u99ac\u9234\u85af\u3001\u7d05\u6912\u3001\u9752\u6912\u3001\u6c34\u679c\u3002\u65b0\u9bae\u852c\u679c\u4e2d\u6240\u542b\u7684\u8c50\u5bcc\u7dad\u751f\u7d20
