has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>\u7b2c\u4e00\u540d\u7684\u764c\u75c7<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;\u4eca\u5e74\u885b\u798f\u90e8\u570b\u5065\u7f72\u516c\u5e03\u7684\u8cc7\u6599\uff0c\u570b\u5167\u7684\u5341\u5927\u6b7b\u56e0\u7b2c\u4e00\u540d\u4ecd\u662f\u60e1\u6027\u816b\u7624\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c\u5927\u8178\u76f4\u8178\u764c\u5df2\u9023\u7e8c12\u5e74\u87ec\u806f\u570b\u5167\u60e1\u6027\u816b\u7624\u767c\u751f\u7387\u7b2c\u4e00\u540d\uff0c\u6bcf\u5e74\u6709\u4e00\u842c\u516d\u5343\u540d\u65b0\u8a3a\u65b7\u7684\u5927\u8178\u76f4\u8178\u764c\u60a3\u8005\uff0c\u6bcf\u5e74\u6709\u63a5\u8fd1\u516d\u5343\u4eba\u6b7b\u65bc\u5927\u8178\u76f4\u8178\u764c\uff0c\u4f4d\u5c45\u60e1\u6027\u816b\u7624\u6b7b\u4ea1\u7387\u7b2c\u4e09\u540d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>\u764c\u75c7\u6cbb\u7642<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;\u6839\u6cbb\u6027\u624b\u8853\u5207\u9664\u4ecd\u662f\u6cbb\u7652\u5927\u8178\u76f4\u8178\u764c\u6700\u597d\u7684\u8fa6\u6cd5\uff0c\u624b\u8853\u7684\u57fa\u672c\u8981\u6c42\u5305\u62ec\u8db3\u5920\u7684\u5207\u9664\u7bc4\u570d\u53ca\u9069\u7576\u7684\u6dcb\u5df4\u5ed3\u6e05\u3002\u76f4\u8178\u4f4d\u7f6e\u5728\u8ddd\u96e2\u809b\u9580\u53e38-12\u516c\u5206\u7684\u8ddd\u96e2\uff0c\u7d50\u69cb\u8207\u4f4d\u7f6e\u4e0a\u8207\u5927\u8178\u764c\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u624b\u8853\u6cbb\u7642\u4e0a\uff0c\u5169\u8005\u7684\u8003\u91cf\u4e5f\u6709\u76f8\u7576\u7684\u5dee\u7570\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;\u7537\u6027\u76f4\u8178\u8cbc\u8fd1\u651d\u8b77\u817a\u53ca\u5132\u7cbe\u56ca\u3001\u5973\u6027\u5247\u4ee5\u9670\u9053\u5f8c\u58c1\u70ba\u9130\uff0c\u53e6\u5916\u76f4\u8178\u69cb\u9020\u8207\u5927\u8178\u76f8\u6bd4\u5c11\u4e86\u4e00\u5c64\u6f3f\u819c\u5c64\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u624b\u8853\u5207\u9664\u7684\u74b0\u5f62\u5207\u9664\u7bc4\u570d(CRM)\u8981\u6c42\u66f4\u52a0\u56b4\u683c\u3002\u56e0\u5916\uff0c\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u7684\u76f4\u8178\u4f4d\u65bc\u9aa8\u76c6\u8154\u5167\uff0c\u8840\u7ba1\u4f9b\u61c9\u8207\u795e\u7d93\u50b3\u5c0e\u8207\u5927\u8178\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u6dcb\u5df4\u5ed3\u6e05\u7684\u7bc4\u570d\u8207\u60f3\u6cd5\u4e5f\u8fe5\u7570\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;\u65e9\u671f\u70ba\u4e86\u8db3\u5920\u7684\u5207\u9664\u7bc4\u570d\uff0c\u4fb5\u8972\u6027\u7684\u4f4e\u4f4d\u76f4\u8178\u764c\uff08\u96e2\u809b\u9580\u53e3\u8fd1\u7684\u816b\u7624\uff09\u9700\u8981\u8003\u616e\u5408\u4f75\u809b\u7ba1(\u809b\u9580)\u5207\u9664\u3002\u809b\u9580\u5207\u9664\u5f8c\uff0c\u70ba\u4e86\u89e3\u6c7a\u5927\u4fbf\u6392\u51fa\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u5c31\u9700\u8981\u6c38\u4e45\u6027\u7684\u4eba\u5de5\u809b\u9580\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;\u76ee\u524d\u91dd\u5c0d\u4f4e\u4f4d\u76f4\u8178\u764c\u7684\u8a3a\u65b7\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u5e38\u898f\u7684\u5927\u8178\u93e1\u78ba\u8a8d\u816b\u7624\u4f4d\u7f6e\u53ca\u9032\u884c\u75c5\u7406\u5207\u7247\uff0c\u53e6\u5916\u9700\u8981\u8179\u90e8\u96fb\u8166\u65b7\u5c64\u6383\u63cf\u67e5\u770b\u6709\u7121\u809d\u81df\u8f49\u79fb\u3002\u800c\u4fb5\u8972\u6027\u7684\u76f4\u8178\u764c\uff0c\u518d\u884c\u9aa8\u76c6\u8154\u78c1\u632f\u9020\u5f71\u53ca\u7d93\u809b\u9580\u53e3\u8d85\u97f3\u6ce2\u4f86\u78ba\u8a8d\u816b\u7624\u6df1\u5ea6\u3001\u662f\u5426\u4fb5\u72af\u5468\u570d\u7d44\u7e54\uff0c\u53ca\u9aa8\u76c6\u5074\u58c1\u6dcb\u5df4\u7d50\u662f\u5426\u816b\u5927\u3002\u8a73\u7d30\u6aa2\u67e5\u4e4b\u5f8c\u53ef\u6709\u521d\u6b65\u7684\u81e8\u5e8a\u671f\u5225\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;\u65e9\u671f\u7684\u76f4\u8178\u764c\u53ef\u8003\u616e\u76f4\u63a5\u6839\u6cbb\u6027\u624b\u8853\u6cbb\u7642\uff0c\u65e9\u671f\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u4e0d\u6613\u6709\u5468\u570d\u7d44\u7e54\u6216\u6dcb\u5df4\u7d50\u7684\u4fb5\u72af\uff0c\u7b2c\u4e00\u671f\u63a5\u53d7\u624b\u8853\u7684\u6cbb\u7652\u7387\u53ef\u9054\u4e5d\u6210\u4ee5\u4e0a\u3002\u82e5\u4e8c\u6216\u4e09\u671f\u7684\u76f4\u8178\u764c\u5247\u5fc5\u9808\u8003\u616eTNT (Total NeoadjuvantTherapy\uff09\uff0c\u5728\u624b\u8853\u9032\u884c\u524d\uff0c\u5148\u63a5\u53d7\u524d\u5c0e\u6027\u5316\u7642\u52a0\u4e0a\u5c40\u90e8\u7684\u96fb\u7642\uff0c\u4f7f\u816b\u7624\u7e2e\u5c0f\u5f8c\u518d\u9032\u884c\u6839\u6cbb\u6027\u624b\u8853\u3002\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u53ef\u4ee5\u589e\u52a0\u816b\u7624\u7684\u5ed3\u6e05\u7387\uff0c\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c40\u90e8\u5fa9\u767c\u7387\uff0c\u4e14\u6709\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u6a5f\u6703\u4fdd\u7559\u809b\u9580\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p M Lacy\u6559\u6388\u57282009\u767c\u8868\u4e86\u7d93\u809b\u9580\u53e3\u5168\u76f4\u8178\u7e6b\u819c\u5207\u9664(TaTME)\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u624b\u8853\u6280\u5de7\u878d\u5408\u8179\u8154\u93e1\u624b\u8853\u3001\u81ea\u7136\u5b54\u5f91\u624b\u8853\u53ca\u55ae\u5b54\u624b\u8853\u7684\u6280\u5de7\uff0c\u4f7f\u4f4e\u4f4d\u7684\u76f4\u8178\u764c\u6709\u66f4\u7406\u60f3\u7684\u624b\u8853\u65b9\u5f0f
