However, additional studies are necessary to confirm these findings.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u7814\u7a76\u7d50\u679c\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4>RESULTS:<\/h4>\n<p>We analyzed 148,739 patients with diabetes. Their mean age (standard deviation) was 63.3 (12.8) years. A total of 27,378 patients were taking\u00a0aspirin. Overall, the use of\u00a0aspirin\u00a0in patients with diabetes reduced the risk of\u00a0breast cancer\u00a0by 18% (hazard ratio [HR], 0.82; 95% confidence interval [CI], 0.71-0.94) after adjustment for potential confounders, namely age and comorbidities. Specifically, a cumulative dose of\u00a0aspirinexceeding 88,900\u2009mg was observed to reduce the risk of\u00a0breast cancer\u00a0by 47% (HR, 0.53, 95% CI, 0.43-0.67); however, low (&lt;8,600\u2009mg) and medium (8,600-88,900\u2009mg) cumulative doses of\u00a0aspirin\u00a0did not reduce the risk ofbreast cancer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u7814\u7a76\u8ca2\u737b\u8207\u81e8\u5e8a\u61c9\u7528\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4>CONCLUSIONS:<\/h4>\n<p>Our findings suggest that a cumulative\u00a0aspirin\u00a0dosage of more than 88,900\u2009mg daily was associated with a reduced risk of\u00a0breast cancer\u00a0in women with diabetes.
