\u8ff4\u6b78\u6a21\u578b\u7528\u65bc\u4f30\u8a08 MACE \u7684\u8abf\u6574\u5f8c\u98a8\u96aa\u6bd4 (adjusted hazard ratios, aHR)\u3002 \u5728 1481 \u540d\u63a5\u53d7\u4e73\u623f\u4fdd\u7559\u624b\u8853\u548c\u8f14\u52a9\u5168\u4e73\u623f\u653e\u5c04\u6cbb\u7642\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u4e2d\uff0cstatin\u985e\u85e5\u7269\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u986f\u8457\u964d\u4f4e\u4e86 MACE \u98a8\u96aa\uff08aHR\uff0c0.34 [95% CI\uff0c0.25-0.44]\uff09\u3002 \u89aa\u6c34\u6027statin\u985e\u85e5\u7269\uff0c\u7279\u5225\u662frosuvastatin\u548cpravastatin\uff0c\u986f\u793a\u6700\u5927\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\u964d\u4f4e\u6548\u679c\u3002 Statin\u985e\u85e5\u7269\u8207MACE \u98a8\u96aa\u4e4b\u9593\u4e5f\u5b58\u5728\u5291\u91cf-\u53cd\u61c9\u95dc\u4fc2\u3002 \u8207\u975e\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0cstatin\u985e\u85e5\u7269\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u7684 5 \u5e74\u7d2f\u7a4d MACE \u767c\u751f\u7387\u986f\u8457\u8f03\u4f4e\uff0812.24% vs 31.70%\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>\u7814\u7a76\u8ca2\u737b\u8207\u81e8\u5e8a\u61c9\u7528\uff1a<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Statin\u985e\u85e5\u7269\u6cbb\u7642\u8207\u63a5\u53d7\u4e73\u623f\u4fdd\u7559\u624b\u8853\u548c\u8f14\u52a9\u5168\u4e73\u623f\u653e\u5c04\u6cbb\u7642\u7684\u4e73\u764c\u60a3\u8005\u767c\u751f MACE \u7684\u98a8\u96aa\u964d\u4f4e\u6709\u95dc\u3002 \u89aa\u6c34\u6027statin\u985e\u85e5\u7269rosuvastatin\u548cpravastatin\u8868\u73fe\u51fa\u6700\u660e\u986f\u7684\u5fc3\u81df\u4fdd\u8b77\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u767c\u73fe\u8868\u660estatin\u985e\u85e5\u7269\u5728\u6e1b\u8f15\u8a72\u65cf\u7fa4\u5fc3\u8840\u7ba1\u4f75\u767c\u75c7\u65b9\u9762\u5177\u6709\u6f5b\u5728\u89d2\u8272\uff0c\u4e26\u5f37\u8abf\u9700\u8981\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u7814\u7a76\u4ee5\u512a\u5316\u63a5\u53d7\u653e\u5c04\u6cbb\u7642\u7684\u4e73\u764c\u5016\u5b58\u8005\u7684statin\u985e\u85e5\u7269\u6cbb\u7642\u3002<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><a
