(VLCFA) \u6e2c\u5b9a\uff0c\u7d50\u679c\u986f\u793a C24\/C22 \u548c C26\/C22 \u6bd4\u7387\u6c34\u5e73\u7570\u5e38\u3002\u8a72\u60a3\u8005\u96a8\u5f8c\u88ab\u8a3a\u65b7\u70ba X \u9023\u9396\u814e\u4e0a\u817a\u8166\u767d\u8cea\u71df\u990a\u4e0d\u826f (X-ALD)\uff0c\u4e26\u900f\u904e ABCD1 \u7a81\u8b8a\u7684\u907a\u50b3\u8b49\u64da\u8b49\u5be6\uff0c\u9019\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u4ee5 VLCFA \u7d2f\u7a4d\u70ba\u7279\u5fb5\u7684\u7f55\u898b\u907a\u50b3\u6027\u75be\u75c5\u3002\u4ed6\u73fe\u5728\u6b63\u5728\u63a5\u53d7\u5eb7\u5fa9\u6cbb\u7642\uff0c\u6bcf 12 \u5c0f\u6642\u670d\u7528 1 \u7247prednisolone 5 \u6beb\u514b\uff0c\u5728 18 \u7684\u76db\u884c\u7387\u70ba 20,000 \u5206\u4e4b\u4e00\u81f3 100,000 \u5206\u4e4b\u4e00\u7684\u7537\u6027\u65b0\u751f\u5152\u3002
