\u98a8\u96aa\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u95dc\u4fc2\u53f0\u7063\u4f7f\u7528\u7e31\u5411\u5065\u5eb7\u4fdd\u96aa\u8cc7\u6599\u5eab\u3002 \u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u7fa4\u5305\u62ec12,546 \u540d DVT \u60a3\u8005\u548c 50,184 \u540d\u5339\u914d\u5c0d\u7167\u8005\u3002 \u7d50\u679c\u8868\u660eBZD\u85e5\u7269\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u8207 DVT \u767c\u751f\u98a8\u96aa\u589e\u52a0\u6709\u95dc\uff08\u8abf\u6574\u5f8c\u7684\u6bd4\u503c\u6bd4 [aOR]\uff1a1.66\uff1b95% CI\uff0c1.54\u20131.79\uff1bP &lt;0.001\uff09\uff0c\u5177\u6709\u5291\u91cf\u53cd\u61c9\u95dc\u4fc2\u3002 \u6bcf\u65e5\u5291\u91cf\u8f03\u9ad8\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u767c\u751f DVT \u7684\u98a8\u96aa\u8f03\u9ad8\uff0c\u5e73\u5747\u670d\u7528BZD\u85e5\u7269\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u7684 OR \u5206\u5225\u9ad8\u51fa 1.65\u30012.09 \u548c 2.16 \u500d\u8207non-BZD\u85e5\u7269\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c\u5291\u91cf\u5206\u5225&lt;0.5\u30010.5-0.9\u6216\u22651\uff08DDD\/\u5929\uff09\u7528\u6236\u3002<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>\u7814\u7a76\u8ca2\u737b\u8207\u81e8\u5e8a\u61c9\u7528\uff1a<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u8b49\u5be6\u5b89\u7720\u85e5(benzodiazepine)\u4f7f\u7528\u8207\u6df1\u90e8\u975c\u8108\u6813\u585e(deep vein thrombosis)\u5177\u986f\u8457\u76f8\u95dc\uff0c\u4e14\u5177\u5291\u91cf\u6548\u61c9\u3002\u96a8\u8457\u793e\u6703\u6f14\u8b8a\uff0c\u751f\u6d3b\u53ca\u5de5\u4f5c\u58d3\u529b\u63d0\u5347\uff0c\u73fe\u4ee3\u4eba\u4f7f\u7528\u5b89\u7720\u85e5\u6bd4\u4f8b\u65e5\u76ca\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u4f46\u4e0d\u7576\u6216\u904e\u91cf\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u63d0\u9192\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u53cd\u800c\u6703\u589e\u52a0\u8840\u7ba1\u6813\u585e\u76f8\u95dc\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u767c\u751f\u3002<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><a
