class=\"has-medium-font-size\">\u3014\u8a18\u8005\u8607\u91d1\u9cf3\uff0f\u53f0\u4e2d\u5831\u5c0e\u3015\u300c2022\u53f0\u7063\u91ab\u7642\u79d1\u6280\u5c55\u300d12\u67081\u65e5\u8d77\u5c07\u5728\u53f0\u5317\u5357\u6e2f\u5c55\u89bd\u99281\u9928\u5c55\u51fa\uff0c\u70ba\u671f4\u5929\u3002\u4e2d\u5c71\u91ab\u5b78\u5927\u5b78\u9644\u8a2d\u91ab\u9662\u8207\u548c\u4fe1\u91ab\u9662\u6838\u5b50\u91ab\u5b78\u79d1\u651c\u624b\u6069\u5178\u79d1\u7814\uff0c\u5c07\u65bc\u73fe\u5834\u63ed\u9732\u5176\u6240\u5f15\u9032Ge\/Ga-68\u5b73\u751f\u5668\uff0c\u8207\u651d\u8b77\u817a\u764c\u93a6-177-PSMA\u540c\u4f4d\u7d20\u6cbb\u7642\u6cd5\uff0c\u70ba\u665a\u671f\u764c\u75c7\u7cbe\u6e96\u8a3a\u7642\u63ed\u958b\u65b0\u5e8f\u5e55\uff0c\u9020\u798f\u66f4\u591a\u764c\u75c7\u60a3\u8005\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">\u4e2d\u5c71\u9644\u91ab\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u6b63\u5b50\u9020\u5f71\uff08PET\uff09\u662f\u61c9\u7528\u65bc\u8a31\u591a\u764c\u75c7\u5206\u671f\u8207\u8a55\u4f30\u7642\u6548\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u5168\u8eab\u529f\u80fd\u6027\u5f71\u50cf\u6aa2\u67e5\u3002\u82e5\u5e72\u764c\u75c7\uff0c\u5982\u651d\u8b77\u817a\u764c\u6216\u795e\u7d93\u5167\u5206\u6ccc\u816b\u7624\uff0c\u4ee5\u5f80\u6c92\u6709\u9069\u5408\u7684\u6b63\u5b50\u85e5\u7269\u7684\u9078\u64c7\uff0c\u5f80\u5f80\u53ea\u80fd\u5c48\u5c31\u65bc\u654f\u611f\u5ea6\u53ca\u7279\u7570\u6027\u5747\u4e0d\u7406\u60f3\u7684\u50b3\u7d71\u5f71\u50cf\u6aa2\u67e5\u3002\u800c\u4e14\u665a\u671f\u764c\u75c7\uff0c\u5982\u651d\u8b77\u817a\u764c\u6216\u795e\u7d93\u5167\u5206\u6ccc\u816b\u7624\u7b49\u7684\u7642\u6548\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u4e5f\u90fd\u662f\u5dee\u5f37\u4eba\u610f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">\u8fd1\u5e74\u4f86\u6838\u5b50\u91ab\u5b78\u7684\u65b0\u9032\u5c55\u2014theranostics\uff08\u7642\u8a3a\u5408\u4e00\uff09\uff0c\u582a\u7a31\u662f\u665a\u671f\u764c\u75c7\u7cbe\u6e96\u8a3a\u7642\u7684\u65b0\u66d9\u5149\u3002\u5176\u539f\u7406\u662f\u628a\u91dd\u5c0d\u816b\u7624\u8868\u9762\u7279\u7570\u6a19\u8a18\u7684\u914d\u9ad4\u6216\u6297\u9ad4\u5206\u5b50\uff0c\u7d50\u5408\u6703\u7522\u751f\u8a3a\u65b7\u548c\u6216\u6cbb\u7642\u8f3b\u5c04\u7684\u653e\u5c04\u6027\u6838\u7a2e\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u65b0\u4e00\u4ee3\u7684\u6838\u91ab\u7cbe\u6e96\u85e5\u7269\uff0c\u6709\u7684\u80fd\u7cbe\u78ba\u53cd\u6620\u816b\u7624\u4fb5\u72af\u7bc4\u570d\uff0c\u5728\u6cbb\u7642\u5f8c\u8a55\u4f30\u7642\u6548\uff1b\u6709\u7684\u80fd\u7cbe\u78ba\u6bba\u6ec5\u816b\u7624\uff0c\u8b49\u5be6\u6709\u6548\u63d0\u9ad8\u60a3\u8005\u5b58\u6d3b\u671f\uff1b\u6709\u7684\u751a\u81f3\u517c\u5177\u8a3a\u65b7\u548c\u6cbb\u7642\u96d9\u91cd\u89d2\u8272\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">2022\u5e743\u6708\u7f8e\u570bFDA\u901a\u904e\u651d\u8b77\u817a\u764c\u7684\u6b63\u5b50\u8a3a\u65b7\u65b0\u85e5Ga-68 PSMA\u8207\u6a19\u9776\u540c\u4f4d\u7d20\u6cbb\u7642\u65b0\u85e5Lu-177 PSMA\u3002\u76ee\u524d\u4ecd\u6709\u8a31\u591atheranostics\u85e5\u7269\u6b63\u5728\u9032\u884c\u81e8\u5e8a\u8a66\u9a57\uff0c\u6709\u671b\u9678\u7e8c\u554f\u4e16\uff0c\u5c07\u6709\u66f4\u591a\u7a2e\u985e\u7684\u764c\u75c7\u8a3a\u7642\u6709\u7a81\u7834\u5f0f\u7684\u9032\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">\u4e2d\u5c71\u9644\u91ab\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u5c07\u8207\u548c\u4fe1\u91ab\u9662\u7686\u5177\u8c50\u5bcc\u7684\u764c\u75c7\u8a3a\u7642\u7d93\u9a57\uff0c\u9023\u8882\u5f15\u9032Ge\/Ga-68\u5b73\u751f\u5668\uff0c\u5c07\u5148\u63d0\u4f9b\u665a\u671f\u651d\u8b77\u817a\u764c\u60a3\u8005\u9ad8\u6e96\u78ba\u5ea6\u7684PSMA PET\u6aa2\u67e5\u3002\u5169\u9662\u4ea6\u5206\u5225\u5728\u4e2d\u90e8\u8207\u5317\u90e8\u5efa\u7f6e\u5b8c\u5584\u7684\u540c\u4f4d\u7d20\u6cbb\u7642\u75c5\u623f\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u764c\u75c7\u75c5\u60a3\u7cbe\u6e96\u9ad8\u6548\u7684\u8a3a\u7642\u670d\u52d9\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">\u4e2d\u5c71\u9644\u91ab\u6838\u5b50\u91ab\u5b78\u79d1\u4e3b\u4efb\u7fc1\u745e\u9d3b\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u4e2d\u5c71\u9644\u91ab\u7684\u540c\u4f4d\u7d20\u6cbb\u7642\u75c5\u623f\u81ea2019\u5e74\u843d\u6210\u555f\u7528\u8fc4\u4eca\u5df2\u67093\u5e74\uff0c\u8d77\u521d\u4ee5\u6536\u6cbb\u7532\u72c0\u817a\u764c\u60a3\u8005\u70ba\u4e3b\uff0c\u65e9\u5df2\u901a\u904e\u539f\u80fd\u6703\u8a31\u53ef\u5177\u5099\u6536\u6cbbLu-177\u7b49\u540c\u4f4d\u7d20\u6cbb\u7642\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u689d\u4ef6\u8981\u6c42\u3002\u76ee\u524d\u4ea6\u5df2\u901a\u904e\u539f\u80fd\u6703\u8f3b\u9632\u8207\u4f5c\u696d\u8a2d\u65bd\u6cd5\u898f\u7684\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u6709\u671b\u6210\u70ba\u4e2d\u90e8\u9996\u5bb6\u80fd\u5920\u63d0\u4f9b\u651d\u8b77\u817a\u764c\u60a3\u8005\u4e00\u689d\u9f8d\u5f0f\u5b8c\u6574\u8a3a\u7642\u670d\u52d9\u7684\u6cbb\u7642\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
