acid\u660e\u986f\u7684\u964d\u4f4e\u764c\u7d30\u80de\u8f49\u79fb\u4ee5\u53ca\u4fb5\u8972\u80fd\u529b\u3002\u6700\u8fd1\u4e00\u4e9b\u7814\u7a76\u767c\u73feZoledronic acid\u963b\u65b7\u7d30\u80de\u9aa8\u67b6\u751f\u6210\u4f86\u6291\u5236\u764c\u7d30\u80de\u79fb\u52d5\u80fd\u529b\uff1b\u66f4\u6709\u6587\u737b\u767c\u73fe\u81bd\u56fa\u9187\u751f\u548c\u6210\u8def\u5f91\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e2d\u9593\u7522\u7269GGPP\u3001FPP\u7684\u985e\u4f3c\u7269(Analog)\uff1aGGOH\u53caFOH\u53ef\u4ee5\u56de\u5fa9\u7531Zoledronic acid\u900f\u904e\u6291\u5236\u7d30\u80de\u9aa8\u67b6\u4f86\u5f71\u97ff\u764c\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u884c\u52d5\u80fd\u529b\u800c\u975e\u85c9\u7531\u86cb\u767d\u6c34\u89e3\u9176\uff0c\u800cGGOH\u53c8\u53ef\u56de\u5fa9\u6b64\u73fe\u8c61\u3002\u7d9c\u5408\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7d50\u679c\uff0cZoledronic
