In an era shaped by AI and rapid change, we believe that only when our employees feel genuinely cared for and supported can they pass that same warmth on to every patient and family who comes to Chung Shan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every Friday, we invite professional visually impaired massage therapists to the Hospital, giving our busy healthcare and administrative colleagues a chance to relax and recharge during the working week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udcda Supporting Your Growth<\/strong>
For Hospital-assigned education and training programmes, as well as domestic and international conferences, there is no limit on the number of occasions for which employees may receive official leave and Hospital-funded support. We believe that opportunities for professional growth should not be constrained by access to resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last year, the Hospital received the \u201cHappy Nursing Staff Award\u201d at the Taiwan Healthcare Sustainability Awards<\/strong>. This recognition reminds us that those who care for others also deserve to be cared for and supported, so they can continue providing the best possible care to those who need them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our hospital has long been committed to low-carbon and sustainability initiatives, achieving another milestone in ESG advancement.
Following an on-site assessment, we were awarded the Low-Carbon Certified Hospital<\/strong> designation by the Taichung City Government Health Bureau<\/strong> (valid through the end of 2027).
Only seven hospitals in Taichung City<\/strong> received this recognition, demonstrating our firm commitment and continued efforts toward low-carbon and net-zero goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
