style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>\u7167\u5149\u6cbb\u7642\u8cbb\u6642\u55ce\uff1f\u5e73\u5747\u6cbb\u7642\u591a\u4e45\u898b\u6548\uff1f<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u7167\u5149\u6cbb\u7642\u6642\u9593\u6bcf\u6b21\u7d045\u5206\u9418\u5167(\u82e5\u6709\u591a\u4f4d\u75c5\u60a3\u7b49\u5f85\u7167\u5149\u5c31\u9700\u6392\u968a\u7b49\u5f85)\uff0c\u4e00\u9031\u5169\u6b21\uff0c\u7d71\u8a08\u4e0a\u7d04\u4e09\u5230\u56db\u9031\u53ef\u4ee5\u611f\u89ba\u5230\u4e7e\u766c\u6709\u6539\u5584\uff0c\u5728\u4e09\u5230\u56db\u500b\u6708\u53ef\u9054\u5230\u6700\u4f73\u6548\u679c\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>\u7167\u5149\u6cbb\u7642\u8cbb\u7528\uff1f\u4e00\u6b21\u9580\u8a3a\u53ef\u7167\u5149\u5e7e\u6b21\uff1f\u4f55\u8b02\u7167\u5149\u6cbb\u7642\u5361\uff1f<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u7167\u5149\u6cbb\u7642\u662f\u5065\u4fdd\u7d66\u4ed8<\/strong>\uff0c\u4e00\u6b21\u76ae\u819a\u79d1\u5c31\u8a3a\u53ef\u4ee5\u958b\u51fa\u516d\u6b21\u7684\u7167\u5149\u6cbb\u7642\uff0c\u4e4b\u5f8c\u6bcf\u6b21\u4f86\u63a5\u53d7\u7167\u5149\u4e0d\u9700\u518d\u984d\u5916\u7684\u8cbb\u7528\u3002\u4e00\u822c\u7684\u91ab\u9662\u90fd\u6703\u8a2d\u8a08\u7167\u5149\u6cbb\u7642\u5361\uff0c\u4e0a\u9762\u6709\u516d\u683c\u6cbb\u7642\u7a7a\u683c\uff0c\u6bcf\u6b21\u4f7f\u7528\u4e00\u683c\uff0c\u898f\u5b9a\u4e00\u500b\u6708\u5167\u4f7f\u7528\u5b8c\u7562\uff1b\u82e5\u904e\u671f\u4e86\uff0c\u5247\u9700\u91cd\u65b0\u639b\u865f\u76ae\u819a\u79d1\uff0c\u958b\u7acb\u65b0\u7684\u7167\u5149\u6cbb\u7642\u5361\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>\u7167\u5149\u6cbb\u7642\u5b89\u5168\u55ce\uff1f<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u76ae\u819a\u7684\u7167\u5149\u4e0d\u826f\u53cd\u61c9\u6709\u6642\u8981\u5230\u7167\u514924\u5c0f\u6642\u5f8c\u624d\u51fa\u73fe\uff0c\u5efa\u8b70\u4e0d\u8981\u9023\u7e8c\u5169\u5929\u7167\u5149\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u7684\u526f\u4f5c\u7528\u6709\u66ec\u9ed1\u3001\u66ec\u50b7\u3001\u76ae\u819a\u5149\u8001\u5316(\u5982\u9ed1\u6591\u3001\u76ba\u7d0b)\u3001\u767d\u5167\u969c\u53ca\u767c\u751f\u76ae\u819a\u764c\u7b49\u3002\u53f0\u7063\u4eba\u767c\u751f\u76ae\u819a\u764c\u7684\u6a5f\u7387\u8f03\u4f4e\uff0c\u4e14\u5df2\u6709\u5927\u578b\u7814\u7a76\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u77ed\u671f\u7684\u7d2b\u5916\u7ddaB\u5149\u7684\u5149\u7dda\u6cbb\u7642\u4e0d\u6703\u589e\u52a0\u76ae\u819a\u764c\u7684\u767c\u751f\u6a5f\u7387\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>\u7167\u5149\u524d\u6703\u505a\u54ea\u4e9b\u5b89\u5168\u63aa\u65bd\u5462\uff1f<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u5047\u5982\u81c9\u90e8\u6c92\u6709\u75c5\u7076\uff0c\u4e00\u822c\u5efa\u8b70\u7528\u6df1\u8272\u7684\u5e03\u6216\u8863\u670d\u505a\u963b\u64cb\uff0c\u5c31\u53ef\u6709\u6548\u9632\u6b62\u66ec\u9ed1\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u4e5f\u4fdd\u8b77\u773c\u775b\u3002\u82e5\u662f\u81c9\u90e8\u6709\u75c5\u7076\uff0c\u5efa\u8b70\u5099\u592a\u967d\u773c\u93e1\u6216\u662f\u773c\u7f69\uff0c\u4e14\u64e6\u8b77\u5507\u818f\u9632\u6b62\u5634\u5507\u66ec\u50b7\u3002\u56e0\u70ba\u4e7e\u766c\u7684\u767c\u75c5\u4f4d\u7f6e\u6c92\u6709\u56fa\u5b9a\uff0c\u4e00\u822c\u5efa\u8b70\u5168\u8eab\u7167\u5c04\u4f86\u9810\u9632\u65b0\u767c\u75c5\u7076\uff0c\u52a0\u4e0a\u4e7e\u766c\u75c5\u7076\u901a\u5e38\u5f88\u5206\u6563\uff0c\u5168\u8eab\u64e6\u9632\u66ec\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u5176\u5be6\u5f88\u96e3\u505a\u5230\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u82e5\u672c\u8eab\u5c0d\u7d2b\u5916\u7dda\u904e\u654f\u8005\uff0c\u4e8b\u5148\u544a\u77e5\u76ae\u819a\u79d1\u91ab\u5e2b\uff0c\u8abf\u6574\u5f9e\u4f4e\u5291\u91cf\u7167\u5149\u958b\u59cb\u6162\u6162\u589e\u52a0\u3002\u4e00\u822c\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u5149\u7dda\u6cbb\u7642\u5c0d\u65bc\u751f\u80b2\u80fd\u529b\u662f\u6c92\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u5f71\u97ff\u7684\uff0c\u5018\u82e5\u4ecd\u6709\u7591\u616e\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u8863\u670d\u64cb\u4f4f\u751f\u6b96\u5668\u505a\u4fdd\u8b77\u3002<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>\u7167\u5149\u5f8c\u82e5\u4ecd\u6709\u65b0\u75c5\u7076\u51fa\u73fe\u8a72\u600e\u8fa6\uff1f<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u5149\u7dda\u6cbb\u7642\u53ef\u5206\u70ba\u7a4d\u6975\u6cbb\u7642\u671f\u53ca\u7dad\u6301\u671f\u3002\u7a4d\u6975\u6cbb\u7642\u671f\u6642\uff0c\u5efa\u8b70\u5728\u6c92\u6709\u767c\u751f\u66ec\u50b7\u524d\uff0c\u7dad\u6301\u4e00\u9031\u5169\u6b21\u7167\u5149\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u6301\u7e8c\u589e\u52a0\u5291\u91cf\uff0c\u76f4\u5230\u75c5\u7076\u6d88\u9000\u6216\u7167\u5c04\u5f8c\u6709\u9577\u6642\u9593\u767c\u7d05\u70ba\u6b62\u3002\u7576\u4e7e\u766c\u7a69\u5b9a\u5f8c\uff0c\u53ef\u8abf\u6574\u9032\u5165\u7dad\u6301\u671f\uff0c\u6b21\u6578\u6e1b\u70ba\u4e00\u9031\u4e00\u6b21\uff0c\u4e14\u7dad\u6301\u6700\u5f8c\u4e00\u6b21\u7684\u5291\u91cf\u4e0d\u518d\u589e\u52a0\u3002\u82e5\u6301\u7e8c\u6709\u51fa\u73fe\u65b0\u75c5\u7076\uff0c\u4e00\u822c\u5148\u627e\u539f\u56e0\uff0c\u5982\u662f\u5426\u6709\u4e0d\u826f\u751f\u6d3b\u7fd2\u6163(\u71ac\u591c\u3001\u62bd\u83f8\u3001\u98f2\u9152)\u6216\u58d3\u529b\u6e90\u9700\u8981\u8abf\u6574\uff0c\u6216\u7167\u5149\u5291\u91cf\u9700\u8981\u518d\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u53c8\u6216\u9700\u8981\u518d\u642d\u914d\u670d\u7528\u53e3\u670d\u85e5\u7269\u4f86\u6cbb\u7642\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>\u751f\u6d3b\u4e0a\u8981\u5982\u4f55\u914d\u5408\u91ab\u5e2b\u7684\u6cbb\u7642\uff1f<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u56e0\u70ba\u7167\u5149\u6cbb\u7642\u662f\u63a5\u53d7\u7d2b\u5916\u7dda\u7684\u7167\u5c04\uff0c\u5efa\u8b70\u76e1\u91cf\u6e1b\u5c11\u904e\u5ea6\u7684\u7d2b\u5916\u7dda\u66dd\u66ec\uff0c\u4ee5\u514d\u66ec\u50b7\u6216\u7d2f\u7a4d\u5149\u8001\u5316\uff0c\u53ef\u52e4\u64e6\u9632\u66ec\u4e73\u3002\u5728\u7167\u5149\u6cbb\u7642\u5f8c\u8b8a\u5f97\u4e7e\u71e5\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u5c0e\u81f4\u4e7e\u7662\u800c\u6414\u7662\uff0c\u53cd\u800c\u60e1\u5316\u4e7e\u766c\uff0c\u5efa\u8b70\u5728\u6d17\u6fa1\u5f8c\u64e6\u4e73\u6db2\u4fdd\u6fd5\u3002\u4e7e\u766c\u7684\u5916\u7528\u85e5\u7269\u5efa\u8b70\u5728\u7167\u5149\u5f8c\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u4ee5\u514d\u64e6\u592a\u539a\u963b\u64cb\u7d2b\u5916\u7dda\u7a7f\u900f\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u5206\u89e3\u5916\u7528\u85e5\u7dad\u4ed6\u547dD\u7684\u6d3b\u6027\uff0c\u6e1b\u5c11\u85e5\u7269\u7642\u6548\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span #ff6600;\"><strong>\u6709\u670d\u7528\u5176\u4ed6\u85e5\u7269\uff0c\u6703\u5f71\u97ff\u7167\u5149\u6cbb\u7642\u55ce\uff1f<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u82e5\u540c\u6642\u670d\u7528\u5176\u4ed6\u91ab\u5e2b\u958b\u7acb\u7684\u8655\u65b9\uff0c\u5982\u964d\u8840\u58d3\u85e5\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u5bb9\u6613\u982d\u6688\u800c\u589e\u52a0\u8dcc\u5012\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\uff0c\u6216\u662f\u6709\u4e9b\u85e5\u7269\u6709\u5149\u654f\u611f\u6027\uff0c\u5982\u90e8\u5206\u964d\u8840\u58d3\u85e5\u3001\u6d88\u708e\u6b62\u75db\u85e5\u3001\u56db\u74b0\u7d20\u985e\u6297\u751f\u7d20\u3001BZD\u6297\u7126\u616e\u5b89\u7720\u85e5\u7b49\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u589e\u52a0\u7167\u5149\u5f8c\u66ec\u50b7\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u65bc\u4e7e\u766c\u6cbb\u7642\u4e2d\u670d\u7528\u53e3\u670d\u85e5\uff0c\u82e5\u5408\u4f75\u7167\u5149\u6cbb\u7642\u8005\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u6ce8\u610f\u7684\u4e8b\u9805\uff1a\u82e5\u540c\u6642\u53e3\u670dA\u9178\u6cbb\u7642\u4e7e\u766c\uff0c\u6703\u4f7f\u76ae\u819a\u7684\u89d2\u8cea\u5c64\u8b8a\u8584\uff0c\u5fc5\u9808\u7de9\u6162\u5730\u589e\u52a0\u7167\u5149\u5291\u91cf\uff0c\u4ee5\u514d\u66ec\u50b7\u3002\u82e5\u540c\u6642\u670d\u7528MTX\u6ec5\u6bba\u9664\u764c\u9320\u6cbb\u7642\u4e7e\u766c\uff0c\u56e0\u70baMTX\u672c\u8eab\u5177\u6709\u5149\u654f\u611f\u6027\uff0c\u4e00\u822c\u4e5f\u662f\u7de9\u6162\u5730\u589e\u52a0\u7167\u5149\u5291\u91cf\u3002\u82e5\u670d\u7528cyclosporine\u518d\u540c\u6642\u7167\u5149\uff0c\u5247\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u63d0\u9ad8\u76ae\u819a\u764c\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\uff0c\u4e00\u822c\u4e0d\u5efa\u8b70\u5408\u4f75\u6cbb\u7642\u3002<\/p>\n<p><a
