idiopathic scoliosis, AIS)\u3002\u5c11\u6578\u60a3\u8005\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u56e0\u70ba\u795e\u7d93\u808c\u8089\u7cfb\u7d71\u75c5\u8b8a\u6216\u5148\u5929\u6027\u810a\u690e\u767c\u80b2\u554f\u984c\u800c\u5f15\u8d77\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u9700\u8981\u7531\u91ab\u5e2b\u6aa2\u67e5\u5f8c\u78ba\u8a8d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5c31\u75c7\u72c0\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u8f15\u5fae\u5074\u5f4e\u901a\u5e38\u4e0d\u6703\u6709\u7279\u5225\u75c7\u72c0\uff0c\u5c11\u90e8\u4efd\u60a3\u8005\u6703\u6709\u80cc\u90e8\u75e0\u75db\u3001\u5750\u59ff\u4e0d\u6b63\u7b49\u8868\u73fe\u3002\u6d41\u884c\u75c5\u5b78\u8abf\u67e5\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u810a\u690e\u5074\u5f4e\u89d2\u5ea6\u8d85\u904e20\u5ea6\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u5973\u6027\u6bd4\u7537\u6027\u7684\u76db\u884c\u7387\u986f\u8457\u589e\u52a05\u523010\u500d\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u4e8c\u3001\u810a\u690e\u5074\u5f4e\u8981\u505a\u54ea\u4e9b\u6aa2\u67e5\u5462\uff1f<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u6700\u7c21\u55ae\u7684\u6e2c\u8a66\u5c31\u662f\u8b93\u53d7\u6e2c\u8005\u7ad9\u7acb\u4e14\u96d9\u819d\u6253\u76f4\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u505a\u76f4\u9ad4\u524d\u5f4e\u7684\u52d5\u4f5c\uff0c\u89c0\u5bdf\u80cc\u90e8\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u5169\u5074\u80cc\u90e8\u4e00\u9ad8\u4e00\u4f4e\uff0c\u810a\u690e\u5074\u5f4e\u7684\u6a5f\u7387\u5c31\u5f88\u9ad8\uff1b\u7c21\u55ae\u7684\u6e2c\u8a66\u5728\u5bb6\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u57f7\u884c\u3002\u5c31\u91ab\u6642\u8a62\u554f\u75c5\u53f2\u662f\u5426\u6709\u80cc\u75db\u3001\u80ba\u529f\u80fd\u964d\u4f4e\u3001\u795e\u7d93\u808c\u8089\u7570\u5e38\u7b49\u5408\u4f75\u75c7\u72c0\u3002\u70ba\u4e86\u6392\u9664\u4e0b\u80a2\u817f\u9577\u4e0d\u7b49\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u91cf\u6e2c\u96d9\u8173\u9577\u5ea6\u662f\u5426\u6709\u5dee\u8ddd\u4e5f\u662f\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u810a\u690e\u5074\u5f4e\u7684\u56b4\u91cd\u7a0b\u5ea6\uff0c\u9700\u900f\u904eX\u5149\u6aa2\u67e5(\u5716\u4e8c)\uff0c\u91ab\u5e2b\u6703\u6e2c\u91cf\u79d1\u5e03\u89d2\u5ea6(Cobb angle)\u4f86\u8a55\u4f30\u3002\u6e2c\u91cf\u7684\u59ff\u52e2\uff0c\u4e00\u822c\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u88f8\u8db3\u7ad9\u7acb\u7167\u76f8\u6e2c\u91cf\uff0c\u8981\u6bd4\u5e73\u8eba\u81e5\u59ff\u7167\u76f8\u66f4\u7b26\u5408\u5e73\u65e5\u810a\u690e\u7684\u5e38\u614b\u4e5f\u66f4\u5ba2\u89c0\u3002\u9752\u5c11\u5e74\u767c\u80b2\u5feb\uff0c\u5e38\u662f\u810a\u690e\u5074\u5f4e\u60e1\u5316\u6700\u986f\u8457\u7684\u6642\u671f\uff0c\u900f\u904eX\u5149\u6aa2\u67e5\u9aa8\u76c6\u4e0a\u6bb5\uff0c\u4ee5\u9ac2\u9aa8\u751f\u9577\u677f\u9aa8\u5316\u7684\u60c5\u5f62\u4f86\u8a55\u4f30\u767c\u80b2\u72c0\u614b\u3002<\/p>\n<p><a \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u4e09\u3001\u5982\u4f55\u6cbb\u7642\uff1f<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u810a\u690e\u5074\u5f4e\u9700\u8981\u591a\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u6cbb\u7642\u914d\u5408\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\uff1a\u5b9a\u671f\u5fa9\u5065\u904b\u52d5\u3001\u589e\u5f37\u808c\u529b\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u589e\u5f37\u810a\u690e\u65c1\u808c\u8089\u4ee5\u53ca\u6838\u5fc3\u808c\u7fa4\u3002\u7d93\u5e38\u505a\u62c9\u7b4b\u904b\u52d5\u4fdd\u6301\u80f8\u5ed3\u64f4\u5f35\u7684\u5f48\u6027\u5ea6\uff0c\u53ca\u7dad\u6301\u810a\u690e\u7684\u67d4\u8edf\u5ea6\u3002\u5b89\u6392\u5fc3\u80ba\u8010\u529b\u8a13\u7df4\uff0c\u4ee5\u7dad\u6301\u6b63\u5e38\u5fc3\u80ba\u6a5f\u80fd\u7684\u767c\u80b2\u3002\u5e73\u65e5\u5247\u8981\u7dad\u6301\u5750\u8207\u7ad9\u7684\u826f\u597d\u59ff\u52e2\uff0c\u5750\u81e5\u6642\u76e1\u91cf\u4e0d\u8981\u4f7f\u7528\u592a\u8edf\u7684\u5ea7\u6905\u6216\u5e8a\u588a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7814\u7a76\u5831\u544a\u5efa\u8b70\uff0c\u810a\u690e\u5074\u5f4e\u7684\u9752\u5c11\u5e74\uff0c\u5728\u98f2\u98df\u90e8\u4efd\u61c9\u591a\u651d\u53d6\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\uff0c\u76ee\u7684\u589e\u52a0\u808c\u8089\u8cea\u91cf\u3001\u5f37\u5316\u767c\u80b2\u4e2d\u810a\u690e\u9aa8\u7684\u652f\u6490\uff0c\u6e1b\u5c11\u56e0\u9577\u9ad8\u800c\u4f7f\u810a\u690e\u5074\u5f4e\u60e1\u5316\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u81f3\u65bc\u662f\u5426\u9700\u8981\u7a7f\u6234\u80cc\u67b6\uff0c\u53ef\u4f9d\u64da\u5169\u500b\u60c5\u5f62\u4f86\u5224\u65b7\u3002\u7b2c\u4e00\u3001\u8a55\u4f30\u7576\u6642\u810a\u690e\u5074\u5f4e\u7684\u89d2\u5ea6\u5927\u5c0f\u8207\u767c\u80b2\u72c0\u614b\uff1b\u7b2c\u4e8c\u3001\u5b9a\u6642\u8ffd\u8e64\u671f\u9593\u810a\u690e\u5074\u5f4e\u662f\u5426\u6301\u7e8c\u60e1\u5316\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7576\u5074\u5f4e\u89d2\u5ea6\u4ecb\u65bc10\u523019\u5ea6\u4e14\u9084\u5728\u767c\u80b2\u7684\u9752\u5c11\u5e74\uff0c\u5efa\u8b70\u516d\u500b\u6708\u5b9a\u671f\u8ffd\u8e64\u3002\u4e00\u65e6\u5074\u5f4e\u89d2\u5ea6\u8d85\u904e20\u5ea6\uff0c\u6216\u5728\u8ffd\u8e64\u671f\u9593\u89d2\u5ea6\u589e\u52a05\u5ea6\u4ee5\u4e0a\uff0c\u5247\u5efa\u8b70\u7a7f\u6234\u80cc\u67b6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7576\u5074\u5f4e\u89d2\u5ea6\u4ecb\u65bc20\u523039\u5ea6\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u9752\u5c11\u5e74\uff0c\u662f\u5426\u63a1\u7528\u89c0\u5bdf\u8ffd\u8e64\u6216\u7a7f\u6234\u80cc\u67b6\u6cbb\u7642\uff0c\u61c9\u8207\u91ab\u5e2b\u8a0e\u8ad6\u6cbb\u7642\u7b56\u7565\uff0c\u6839\u64da\u500b\u4eba\u7684\u72c0\u6cc1\u6c7a\u5b9a\u3002\u82e5\u6c7a\u5b9a\u7a7f\u6234\u80cc\u67b6\uff0c\u4ea6\u9700\u8b93\u60a3\u8005\u77ad\u89e3\uff0c\u80cc\u67b6\u6cbb\u7642\u7684\u76ee\u7684\u662f\u6e1b\u5c11\u60e1\u5316\uff0c\u800c\u975e\u5c07\u8b8a\u5f62\u7684\u810a\u690e\u62c9\u76f4\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u80cc\u67b6\u4e00\u5929\u9700\u8981\u7a7f\u6234\u591a\u4e45\uff1f\u65e9\u671f\u7684\u5efa\u8b70\u662f\u4e00\u592923\u500b\u5c0f\u6642\uff0c\u4f46\u7d55\u5927\u591a\u6578\u60a3\u8005\u90fd\u96e3\u4ee5\u5b8c\u5168\u914d\u5408\u3002\u4f9d\u64da\u6700\u65b0\u7814\u7a76\u5831\u544a\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u7a7f\u6234\u80cc\u67b6\u4e00\u5929\u8d85\u904e13\u500b\u5c0f\u6642\u7684\u60a3\u8005\uff0c\u76f8\u8f03\u65bc\u4e0d\u52306\u5c0f\u6642\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u9810\u5f8c\u8f03\u4f73\u3002\u4e0d\u904e\u503c\u5f97\u7559\u610f\u7684\uff0c\u9019\u9805\u7814\u7a76\u662f\u4ee5\u9aa8\u9abc\u767c\u80b2\u6210\u719f\u5f8c\u810a\u690e\u5074\u5f4e\u89d2\u5ea6\u4e0d\u8d85\u904e50\u5ea6\u4f5c\u70ba\u8a55\u4f30\u9810\u5f8c\u7684\u57fa\u6e96\uff0c\u9019\u8207\u76ee\u524d\u5bb6\u9577\u548c\u60a3\u8005\u5c0d\u65bc\u6cbb\u7642\u6210\u679c\u7684\u671f\u5f85\u662f\u6709\u4e00\u6bb5\u843d\u5dee\u7684\u3002\u6240\u4ee5\u82e5\u6b32\u6709\u6548\u6e1b\u7de9\u810a\u690e\u5074\u5f4e\u60e1\u5316\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u5efa\u8b70\u80cc\u67b6\u7a7f\u6234\u7684\u9069\u7576\u6642\u9593\u662f\u4e00\u592918\u500b\u5c0f\u6642\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u82e5\u5074\u5f4e\u89d2\u5ea6\u8d85\u904e40\u5ea6\u3001\u751a\u81f3\u5927\u65bc50\u5ea6\u4e14\u9084\u5728\u767c\u80b2\u72c0\u614b\uff0c\u7d93\u91ab\u5e2b\u8a55\u4f30\u5df2\u7d93\u4e0d\u518d\u9069\u5408\u4f7f\u7528\u80cc\u67b6\u7684\u60a3\u8005\uff0c\u5247\u512a\u5148\u8003\u616e\u624b\u8853\u6cbb\u7642\u3002<br
