Notes for Health Examination<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Three days before your examination<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

1. Please ensure that you have a low-fiber diet and avoid viscus, red meats (ex. beef, pork and duck), blood products (ex. duck blood product and pig blood product), iron and Vitamin C 3 days prior to your examination. Milk and dairy products are strictly forbidden.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The day before your examination<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

1. The stool sample should be collected at home before drinking \u201cFleet\u201d or \u201cKlean Prep\u201d on the day before your examination. The stool sample should be stored in a cool place or in the refrigerator and turned in to the nurse on the day of the examination.<\/p>\n

2. Drink Fleet or Niflec powder at 7pm.<\/p>\n

3. Please do not eat any food after 11 pm, including water.<\/p>\n
