研究目的:

In this study, RAW 264.7 macrophage cells were treated with RANKL to regulate osteoclastogenesis. We used a CO2 laser as a model biostimulation to investigate the role of osteoclastogenic. We also evaluated cell viability, cell death and cathepsin K expression.

研究結果:

在osteoclast細胞分化過程,於CO2雷射下,marcophage 細胞其活化NF-ĸ B ligand (RANKL)-induced formation of osteoclasts會被抑制;經二次照射雷射下,RANKL-enhanced TRAP activity會被降低,cathepsin K分泌也降低,並抑制 TRAF6 induction 和 NF-ĸ B activation。本研究說明了CO2雷射刺激下在骨誘導生成機機制下,marcophage可能扮演的細胞角色與變化,對於日後雷射應用上可以提供治療上之參考。
