研究目的:

It was to study investigates and compares in vitro coculture systems of macrophages and osteoblasts under tensile force to elucidate and distinguish between cytokine signaling conditions of these cell types and determine more representative in vitro cellular responses to in vivo models, or to provide evidence for confounding in vitro cell behavior.研究結果:

本研究發現RAW264.7 macrophage cells 和 MC3T3-E1 osteoblast cells細胞於單獨培養與共同培養下,於具張力系統環境中,生長無統計上差異;共同培養下Raw264.7細胞於張力下培養,發現TRAP的量增加約3-3.27倍;Raw264.7細胞於張力下培養,經由MC3T3-E1 osteoblast cells為媒介,可以調控upregulate RNAKL, 抑制OPG合成。
